Shipping Policy
When is my order processed and packed?
All orders are packed and shipped out within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders received after 5 PM PST will be processed the next business day. Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
What is my shipping cost?
Shipment costs can vary depending on the location of your delivery address and the weight of your package. We always do our best to consolidate multi-item orders into the same package for easier delivery; however, some items may need to be packed separately for protection. All orders are F.O.B. our facility, unless previously arranged or noted.
What shipping carrier do you use?
Most of our shipments are shipped via national carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We always do our best to identify the most affordable way for packages to be received in a timely manner.
Do you offer local pickup?
Due to COVID-19, we are temporarily halting local pickup at our facility for all e-commerce orders. Unless previously arranged, all orders are shipped via national carriers.

Please note that we always do our best to ship out your package in a quick and timely manner. However, occasionally we have experienced potential disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances and variables outside of our control including, but not limited to, power outages, natural disasters, current events, customs, incorrect addresses, and unexpected carrier setbacks.
